I have moved to another account due to password problems. What password problems?

Okay, so I type in my password, and it says that it's the wrong one. I check really HARD, like, REALLY hard, but...no luck. I have tried every possible way, and finally I had to change my password...? Which I don't really get...and I do NOT want to change my password EVERY DAY. Oh, and this has been going on for about a week. I sometimes really DO forget my password.
